A cup every morning: syrup that removes the fat from the blood

Lemon and parsley are cooked for two or three hours and drank every morning on an empty stomach.

A lot of people fight with elevated blood lipids or cholesterol because of fast way of life, or a genetic predisposition. The normal cholesterol level is between 4,60 and 6,20 mmol/L. this syrup has prived to be very effective in removing high cholesterol levels.

How to make the syrup for removing fat in the blood


1kg lemons
5-6 springs of parsley
3l water
1 sachet sodium bicarbonate

Wash the lemon thoroughly in cold water, then soak it in warm water and pour the sodium bicarbonate in it. Let it stay for an hour.

Chop the parsley with the stem nicely in to smaller pieces.

Chop the lemons with the crust finely.

Put the lemons and the parsley in a pot and pour three liters of water over them.

Cook on low heat until it boils, for 2-3 hours. When it is cooked, filter it.

You should get approximately 1,5l syrup.

Drink it every morning, on an empty stomach – one full small glass.

This is sufficient for 15 days, if you drink each morning.
