Cinnamon Pineapple Smoothie to Strengthen Knee Ligaments And Tendons

All the movements that are done by our legs as jumping, running, standing and walking are supported by the knees. They are the most important joints of our body.
As we get older, our ligaments and tendons are less flexible and besides it we sometimes suffer many injuries. This process of course is normal but If you can of course that we are going to do anything possible to be able to make quick and sharp movements.

Here is one natural effective recipe which can alleviate pain, will provide you strength, energy and is rich in vitamin C, bromelain, silicon and magnesium.

Ingredients:
-250 ml of water
-7 gr of cinnamon
-two cups of sliced pineapple chunks
-1 cup of raw natural orange juice
-1 cup of instant oatmeal
-40 gr of crushed almonds
-40 gr of raw honey

In a blender add the orange juice, cinnamon, honey and almonds. Blend. Then, cook the oat meal and squeeze the juice from pineapple inside and add it to the blender. Blend again until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
