-2 tbsp. oatmeal

-1 tsp. cocoa powder
-1 tsp. milled flaxseed
-5-7 fleshy plums

What you need to do:

Prepare this breakfast in the evening, but consume it in the next morning.
Put the plums in a bowl and pour 100ml boiling water over them.

Cover the plums and leave them for about 10min.
Add the oatmeal, cocoa and flaxseeds in another bowl.

In the end add the kefir and mix the ingredients together.
Be careful when slicing the soaked plums. Then add them to the mixture. Optionally, you can make a paste using a food processor.

Mix them all together and put the mixture in the fridge until the next morning.
