Prepare your syrup in a separate bowl by dissolving the sugar into one cup of filtered water and then boiling the water. Then mix half a cup of your ginger juice with 1/3 cup of your syrup and half a cup of mineral water. Add a little organic honey and lime juice and decorate it with lemon slices, if you want.
