Baking soda and pomelo juice


1 pomelo (or lemon)

1 teaspoon of baking soda

½ a glass of water

Preparation and use

Add the baking soda in the water and mix until it dissolves, then add the lemon or pomelo juice and stir well. Drink the mixture fresh every morning 20 minutes before you have your breakfast and you can expect great results soon.

Baking soda and apple cider vinegar


½ a teaspoon of baking soda

1 glass of water

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Preparation and use

Like with the previous recipe, add all the ingredients in the glass of water and mix until they dissolve, then drink the beverage every morning before your breakfast. You should start losing weight in just a few days. Continue with the process and exercise regularly in order to burn significant amounts of fat!

A handful of mint leaves

A cup of strawberries

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 cups of water

2 lemons

Preparation and use

Just mix all the ingredients together, add some ice and enjoy this wonderful smoothie twice a day.
