– 5 grams of menthol or camphor crystal
– 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin or olive oil
– 5 drops of mint or camphor essential oil
Melt in a container the glycerin along with the essential oils and once they are united incorporate to the rest of the ingredients. Remove from heat and let cool. Place this gel in a glass jar with lid and place in the freezer.
